Terms of Service

Effective date: September 17, 2026
Website: www.treelineplanthealth.com

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Treeline Plant Health website and, where applicable, our plant health care services. By using the site or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Treeline

Treeline Plant Health (“Treeline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides licensed plant healthcare services for trees and shrubs in the Treasure Valley, Idaho area, including Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Kuna, Nampa, and Caldwell. Contact:

2. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only: learning about our services, requesting information, and contacting us. You agree not to:

  • Misuse forms, scrape the site in an abusive way, or attempt to disrupt the site
  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful content
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others
  • Use the site for spam or unauthorized advertising

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

3. No professional guarantee from website content

Website content (including service descriptions, blogs, and educational material) is for general information. It is not a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or guarantee for any specific tree or property. Living plants, weather, site conditions, and prior care all affect outcomes. An on-site assessment is required before we recommend or apply treatments.

4. Estimates, quotes, and scheduling

Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time (including photos, descriptions, and site conditions observed during a visit). Final pricing may change if conditions differ from what was described, if additional work is requested, or if access or plant conditions require a different approach. Scheduling is subject to availability, weather, and product/label timing restrictions.

5. Services and your responsibilities

When you hire Treeline:

  • You confirm you have authority to authorize work on the property and plants identified
  • You will provide reasonable access to the work areas and disclose known hazards (utilities, pets, irrigation systems, prior treatments, etc.)
  • You understand treatments may involve EPA-registered products applied by a licensed applicator according to label directions
  • You agree payment is due according to the quote, invoice, or payment terms we provide

Specific job terms (scope, price, timing, and any warranties) may be confirmed by written quote, text, email, or invoice. If those conflict with these website Terms for a particular job, the job-specific terms control for that job.

6. Results and limitations

Plant health outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including weather, irrigation, soil conditions, pests and disease pressure, plant species and condition, neighboring plants, and prior damage. We do not guarantee that every plant will recover, survive, or remain free of pests or disease after treatment. We will provide honest assessments and apply care matched to the diagnosis as agreed.

7. Payments

Accepted payment methods may include card, cash, or invoice, as offered for your job. Late or unpaid balances may result in collection efforts and suspension of future scheduling until resolved. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to the services.

8. Cancellation

Please give reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Weather, label timing, equipment issues, or safety concerns may require us to reschedule. If you cancel after materials have been specially ordered for your job, you may be responsible for non-refundable costs we disclose in advance.

9. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, logos, photos, and design elements owned by Treeline are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TREELINE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR FROM SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). FOR SERVICE WORK, LIABILITY IS LIMITED AS PERMITTED BY LAW AND AS SET OUT IN ANY JOB-SPECIFIC AGREEMENT; NOTHING HERE LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER IDAHO LAW.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Idaho will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the website, except where prohibited by law.
